How do members obtain pricing for travel?

You may obtain pricing in two different manners, through the website or by calling
customer service.

Using your member number, log in to the website and go to the Travel Request button
on the top of the web page. A web submission form will appear. Please fill out
all lines on this form. Next you will press the “submit request” button. If you give
an email address you will receive your pricing back by email. All price requests will
be handled on a “first-come, first-served” basis with priority given to urgent travel
needs. Please allow more time for more difficult requests, such as timeshare/condo
weeks and complimentary items because the vendors have to be contacted on an individual basis.

If you are unable to submit an Travel Request, please call customer service with
your request. After you put in your request by phone, please call back on the
following business day to obtain pricing.

To receive pricing, we require:

• Retail pricing on all travel products including all taxes and fees
• Where the retail pricing was found
• Specific travel itinerary
• Number of travelers involved, dates of birth, special notes
