- By calling our customer service at 855-616-2400.
Once your request is received, you will receive an email quote within 24-72 business hours.
To receive accurate pricing, please provide the following information:
- Retail pricing for all merchandise, including delivery and applicable taxes
- The source where the retail pricing was found
- Specific product details (such as make, model number, brand name, color, and size)
- Use the notes section for any additional details the purchasing agent should be aware of (e.g., delivery, installation, accessories, haul-away, etc.). You may also paste links to where you found the product in the notes section.
Please note that more time may be needed for complex requests, such as custom furniture.
Why do I have to provide the retail price and where I saw it?
The retail price helps us calculate your savings and also serves as a tool to identify your item. Sometimes, the model number may not fully reflect the correct color or specifications, which could result in a price difference. For example, if you provide a model number for a white dishwasher but the price listed is for a stainless steel model, we can use that information to match the correct item and confirm the right details with you.
If this information is not provided, we can still proceed, but it may cause delays in processing the pricing.
