Sunshine was very helpful when we changed us minds about which trip to take. Originally, we booked a shorter trip and after thinking about it, decided to take the longer trip. This involved some administrative adjustments and Sunshine handled it without any hiccups at all. The trip plus, the airfare we booked separately, all ran smoothly and it was a fabulous experience. Professional Travel Services was able to save me $227.58 per ticket off the retail price from Avalon. Of course, I also received the universal credits based on the agent commission structure. This was a very expensive trip, so every dollar saved was helpful

Lynda is so helpful when it comes time to make a purchase. Large or small. We have made numerous purchases via PTC over the years. Some major appliances, some new hardware for our cabinets & everything in between. Lynda has assisted with the best places to find the best prices & has suggested certain brands that will give us the best quality at the best price. Purchases on products normally include taxes & installation. So no extra fees! Lynda always lets us know when she can, as to how long it will be before a product will ship. She also sends updates when she learns that a shipping date is coming up & again lets us know when the item has shipped. We moved to a new home about 2 years ago & Lynda assisted in getting us a large appliance package. We easily saved $500-$600 overall on these! Lynda is so nice & helpful & always a pleasure to work with.
